Sberbank Srbija (full name: Sberbank Srbija a.d. Beograd) is the Serbian subsidiary of Russian Sberbank. The bank currently offers financial services to small and mid-sized businesses, entrepreneurs, and private individuals. The bank arrived on the Serbian market in September 2003 by registering a subsidiary with a following ownership structure: * 92.96% - Volksbank International AG, ÖVAG's arm that oversees its ventures outside Austria (namely in Hungary, Serbia, Malta, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Slovenia, Romania, Croatia, Slovakia, and Czech Republic) * 7.04% - European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) In 2012, Sberbank acquired 100 percent of Volksbank International and eventually it became owner of Volksbank Serbia.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://en.ria.ru/business/20120216/171341558.html )〕 The bank then changed its name to Sberbank Srbija. ==References== 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Sberbank Srbija」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
